Stainless Steel Fermentation Tank is a high-efficiency, fully customizable solution designed for small to medium-scale food and beverage production, ideal for yogurt, kefir, cheese, fermented milk, and other dairy products, as well as fruit wine, kombucha, and enzyme fermentation. Built with food-grade materials and precise control systems, this fermenter ensures consistent, safe, and high-quality fermentation results while meeting strict international hygiene and manufacturing standards.
The tank is equipped with a fully sealed top cover with a safety pressure relief valve, creating an anaerobic or semi-anaerobic environment as required by different fermentation processes. Optional sterile air filtration systems and vent filters prevent contamination from external microorganisms, a key feature for sensitive dairy and beverage production. The tank also includes a variable-speed stirring system, designed to gently mix the fermentation medium without damaging delicate bacterial cultures. The stirring speed can be adjusted according to the product type, ensuring uniform distribution of temperature and nutrients throughout the tank.
