• Brief Introduction

  The rotary multi-station design enables synchronous operation, delivering a production capacity of 2,500-10,000eggs/hour (customizable by model). This is dozens of times more efficient than manual breaking, perfectly matching the needs of liquid egg processing and food manufacturing.
  The fully automated line handles washing, drying, breaking, and separation. Only 1-2 operators are needed for supervision, drastically reducing labor dependency and solving the pain points of labor shortages and low efficiency in traditional egg processing.

  The rotary stations use a bionic breaking mechanism combined with centrifugal force to separate whites and yolks. This prevents shell fragments from contaminating the liquid while maximizing the extraction rate, resulting in a far higher yield than manual operations and minimizing raw material waste.
